 लोकतंत्र में प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को संवैधानिक दायरे में अपनी आवाज उठाने एवं शांतिपूर्ण आंदोलन की स्वतंत्रता के साथ साथ निर्वाचित सरकार से सवाल पूछने का भी पूरा हक है,आवाज न सुने जाने पर अराजकता एवं हिंसा को न अपनाकर,संवैधानिक व्यवस्था में न्याययिक प्रक्रिया को अपनाना चाहिए।

In a democracy, every person has the full right to raise his voice within the constitutional ambit and freedom of peaceful movement as well as to ask questions to the elected government. If the voice is not heard, the judicial process should be adopted in the constitutional system instead of anarchy and violence.
