 "देश की संसद को, देश की जनता द्वारा चुने हुए प्रतिनिधि, जनता और देश के विकास हेतु कानून बनाने एवम् देश की ज्वलंत मुद्दों पर विचार-विमर्श हेतु करते है, किंतु आज के जनप्रतिनिधि निहित स्वार्थों की पूर्ति हेतु, इस संसद को ही नहीं चलने दे रहे है, इस तथ्य को जनता को समझना होगा।"
