To have someone so powerful that can explain Buddha is to give birth to imagination; whoever accepts Buddha even a little, he himself becomes a reflection of the divine nature by adopting silence; denying the authority of the Vedas is atheism. Doesn't define, basically everyone in this world is a believer.
