 "व्यक्ति माया एवम् आसक्ति के भंवर में पड़ कर व्यसनित हो सकता है, इसी दृष्टिकोण को ध्यान में रख कर, प्रतीकों को गुरु स्थान पर प्रतिष्ठित करने की परम्परा का आरंभ हुआ, इसी सिद्धांत के अनुसरण में संघ ने त्याग और बलिदान के प्रतीक, भगवा ध्वज को गुरु रूप में प्रतिस्थापित किया।"
Translated in English 
A person can become addicted by falling in the whirlpool of illusion and attachment, keeping this view in mind, the tradition of establishing the symbols at the place of Guru started, following this principle, the Sangh has adopted the symbol of renunciation and sacrifice, the saffron flag. Installed at Guru's place as Guru.
